Admission to the Club Español del Arbitraje is decided by the Special Commission which assesses the candidate’s compliance with the association’s professional and qualification requirements. Olena Perepelynska is a sole CIS representative in this organization.
Club Español del Arbitraje is not an arbitration institute; it promotes arbitration in the Spanish or Portuguese languages generally and offers assistance to the reputable arbitration institutes from primarily the Ibero-American region and arbitration institutes from other regions around the world that administer arbitration in such languages.
