Dr. Tatyana Slipachuk, Partner at Vasil Kisil & Partners, on the List of Arbitrators Recommended by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce

Tatyana Slipachuk, a Partner at Vasil Kisil & Partners, running the International Trade and International Arbitration Practices, starting January 2010 has been included on the list of arbitrators recommended by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce. The Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce is a major and best-known permanent court of arbitration in Poland, which is competent to arbitrate both domestic and international disputes, with the latter accounting for about 20% to 25% of the total number of legal cases.


Tatyana Slipachuk is also among the recommended arbitrators of a number of other foreign arbitration institutions, in particular, the International Arbitral Center at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Arbitration Court of the Economic and Agrarian Chambers of the Czech Republic, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, ICC International Court of Arbitration, and Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce where she acts both as an arbitrator appointed by a party or by the arbitration institute.
