The Senior Associate of Vasil Kisil & Partners’ International Arbitration Practice was included in the records of potential arbitrators of the Arbitration Center of Mexico (Centro de Arbitraje de México (CAM) to be appointed by the Center according to its rules.

The Arbitration Center of Mexico is one of the leading permanent arbitration centers of the entire Latin American region.

Pursuant to Article 14 of the CAM Rules of Arbitration, if the parties fail to agree upon a sole arbitrator by a set date or if either party fails to nominate an arbitrator when the dispute is referred to three arbitrators and when a Chairman of the Arbitral Tribunal is to be designated, such arbitrator shall be appointed by the Arbitration Center.When making such appointment, CAM shall consider the required qualification and experience of the potential arbitrator for a particular arbitration. Since the Arbitration Center of Mexico has no recommended list of arbitrators, a special database of potential arbitrators was formed by CAM.

Considering the professional background of Mrs. Olena Perepelynska in the field of international commercial arbitration and her good command of Spanish and English languages (basic languages of CAM arbitral proceedings), she was recorded as potential arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of Mexico.
