Dr. Tatyana Slipachuk, FCIArb. receives an honorable distinction from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
On June 18, 2009, according to the executive order #533/7 issued by Mr. Mykola Onischuk, Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Dr. Tatyana Slipachuk, FCIArb., partner and head of the International Arbitration Practice with Vasil Kisil & Partners, received an honorable distinction for her considerable personal contribution in development and diffusion of alternative dispute resolution methods in Ukraine.
The award of this particular distinction was timed to the 5th anniversary of the adoption of The Law of Ukraine “On arbitration”. This official honorable mention awarded by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is designed to encourage professional achievements.
Mrs. Slipachuk is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a leading researcher of the Private Law and Enterprise Institute of the Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine (ALSU), a national expert for Ukraine of the International Distribution Institute, a member of the European Arbitration Group at the International Chamber of Commerce and a member of the ICC Ukraine Committee.
