On November 3, 2008, Commercial and Information Advertising Centre "Sense" LLC signed a basic set of agreements regarding attracting an investor into the construction of an administrative building in Kyiv. “Sense” leases a number of land plots totaling 0.17 hectares in territory and acts as a developer of this non-residential construction project. "Beacon Properties" LLC, a Ukrainian company controlled by foreign investment funds, entered the project as the investor.

Vasil Kisil & Partners act as legal council to the developer and advise ‘Sense” on all matters related to structuring the investment relations and assignment of developer's rights to the construction project, attracting the financing, et cetera.
