Representing the interests of the Polish conveyor belts and rubber products manufacture before the International Commercial Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) in 1 million USD arbitration proceeding involving claims of Ukrainian company for price reduction, quality claims, damages compensation, fines and penalties allegedly payable for breach of the contract related to public procurement, as well as counterclaims of the Polish company for debt recovery and interest payable for delivered commodities, as well as further representing of the client in the ICAC award enforcement procedures in Ukraine.
