Representing the interests of the major Canadian company dedicated to creation of cultural capital in the International Commercial Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry arbitration concerning the claims for repayment of advance payment, inflation damages, fines, penalties and interest as well as counterclaims for compensation of expenses incurred with respect to provision of works and services, damages compensation for wrongful termination of the agreement.
