Acting as a local legal adviser for a world's largest supplier of unsaturated polyester resins for composites and a leading supplier of coating resins for a wide variety of markets and applications on different aspects of its business activities in Ukraine, in particular, consulting on possibility to use certain financial instruments for financing purchase of its products by Ukrainian client; advising on possibility of debt recovery under Ukrainian law through arbitration and litigation, drafting settlement agreement.
