Counselling a world’s leading company of brand luxury goods on legal regulations governing franchising in Ukraine, providing overall legal analysis and review of the draft franchising agreement to be entered into with a Ukrainian counterpart and governed by a foreign law with regard to its enforceability and effectiveness in Ukraine. Amending the said agreement in order to make the latter enforceable and operative in Ukraine (e.g. provisions concerning payments, delivery of products, product liability claims, intellectual property rights etc.).
