Representing Philips (being the interested party) in the safeguard investigation related to import into Ukraine of lamps (TLD and HID) initiated by the Interdepartmental Committee on International Trade including, drafting and submitting application for registration as an interested party, commentaries, response to the questionnaire, sampling submissions, post-hearings submission, as well as other submissions related to the anti-dumping investigation; participating in hearings, analyzing the final determination etc.
