Acting for a multinational development group in the acquisition of a 25% share in the Netherlands holding company of Carmen Trading Limited Liability Company in  the process of establishing  of joint venture relations with public German investment fund MAGNAT Real Estate Opportunities GmbH & Co. KGaA and advising on various aspects of transaction, conducting a legal audit of the project, and drafting the share purchase and shareholders agreements.
