Acting as a local law adviser for the developer in its acquisition of land plots for various development purposes and advising on land regulations (regarding a moratorium on the alienation of agricultural lands, restrictions on foreigners ability to possess lands in Ukraine and other peculiarities), elaborating the corporate structure of the holding, conducting an audit of the transaction, elaborating and negotiating the cooperation scheme with local partners – participants of the project, drafting partnership and shareholders agreements, drafting and supporting land plot purchase agreements, etc.
