Consulting on WTO dispute settlement procedure initiation

Client: Ukrainian Subsidiary of a Leading International Tobacco Group

Successfully acting as legal advisers for a Ukrainian subsidiary of a leading international tobacco group in respect of protection of its interests on a foreign market related to infringement by a WTO member-state its obligations under WTO Agreements including legal analysis of the respective WTO Agreements and advising on a possibility of initiating a WTO dispute settlement procedure; drafting relevant motions to the competent Ukrainian authorities and representing interests of the client before the latter.
