Acting as legal advisers of a foreign producer of impregnating chemical agents in respect of return of products imported from Poland into Ukraine, including: advising on proper contractual instruments taking into account requirements of the Ukrainian customs and foreign currency regulations, on possible customs regimes – export or re-export, on tariff and non-tariff regulations applicable to products depending on applicable customs regime (incl. ecological and radiological control, obtaining permits for export of ozone depleting substances); drafting an agreement on return of products; drafting supply agreements; analyzing, commenting and amending an agreement on completing cooperation under a supply agreement with a Ukrainian buyer and a set-off agreement.
