Legal analysis of distribution schemes used by a major Japanese automobile manufacturer in Ukraine and in Belarus; consulting on a right of a Ukrainian distributor and/or a Belarusian dealer supplied by a Ukrainian distributor with automobiles of a Japanese automobile manufacturer to bring a claim against the latter before a Ukrainian court in respect of distribution of automobiles in Belarus; applicable law as well as on remedies available for both a Ukrainian distributor and a Belarusian dealer from the perspective of Ukrainian law.
