Advising a Ukrainian subsidiary of a leading international tobacco group on compliance regarding the draft of a tobacco control law being considered by the Parliament of Ukraine with the international obligations under the WTO agreements, as well as under some other international treaties of Ukraine (i.e. Paris Convention for Protection of Industrial Property, relevant bilateral investment treaties). Drafting legal opinion on the said issues.
