We have represented a leading German chemical company in complex bankruptcy proceedings of one of the largest ex-Soviet chemical products manufacturers located in Western Ukraine. The claim was based on the international arbitration award recognized and enforced in Ukraine. The proceedings were considerably complicated by the fraudulent transactions with the assets of the bankrupt aimed to avoid the auction and creditor’s claims satisfaction.
