Tax and customs dispute

Client: Ukrainian pharmaceutical company

Vasil Kisil & Partners represented a large Ukrainian pharmaceutical business in a dispute with customs authorities of Ukraine regarding application of tax and customs import privileges. The case was successfully resolved in the court of first instance, which decision was confirmed by the court of appeals.
