Since 2009, it has been rating Ukrainian lawyers as well. The inclusion in this publication represents a unique and substantial achievement in 10 practice areas, which seven of Vasil Kisil & Partners legal practitioners obtained for the second time in a row. In 2010 Best Lawyers® recommends Vasil Kisil (Corporate, Investment, Litigation), Oleg Makarov (Arbitration and Mediation, Investment, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax), Oleg Alyoshin (Arbitration and Mediation, Construction, Litigation, Real Estate), Vadym Belyanevych (Arbitration and Mediation, Litigation), Denis Lysenko (Antitrust, Corporate, Investment, Mergers and Acquisitions), Tatyana Slipachuk (Arbitration and Mediation), Natalia Dotsenko-Belous (Real Estate).

Selection to Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive and rigorous peer-review survey comprising more than three million confidential evaluations by top attorneys. Because no fee or purchase is required, being listed in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor.

Chambers Europe 2009: Dispute Resolution

The dispute resolution practice at this independent firm maintains its place at the top thanks to its fantastic track record in court. It handles arbitration and litigation, internationally and locally, with a particular focus on corporate litigation.

It also acted for Eurosport in several matters involving infringement of trade marks, copyright and neighbouring rights in Ukraine.

Well-known litigation lawyer Vadym Belyanevych often contributes to the field through his legal publishing.
