Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal counsel to a leading European broadcasting company -Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (“CME”) - on matters related to closing a transaction that involved selling Ukrainian assets of CME to Harley Trading Limited. Among others CME’s assets included national (Studio 1+1) and regional TV-channels. The transaction was closed successfully on 07 April 2010.
