Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal counsellor to Vimpel-Communication OJSC, one of the leading telecommunication operators in the Russian Federation rendering its services under the Beeline TM, in a transaction related to buy-out of the 20% minority share in the authorized capital of Golden Telecom LLC, operator’s subsidiary in Ukraine. Golden Telecom LLC is a Ukrainian provider of integrated telecommunication services, such as local, long-distance, international and cellular communications, and Internet access services under the Svit Online TM. The legal support included coordinating terms and conditions of the agreement for sale and purchase of the share in the authorized capital of Golden Telecom LLC, preparing and agreeing upon the transaction documents required and consultancy on the issues related to the transaction.
