On 29th December 2009 Delim B.V., an international steel trading and production company, has signed a set of agreements aimed at the acquisition of a real property for the purposes of opening its first zinc galvanizing plant in Ukraine. The transaction was structured by means of acquiring shares in a Ukrainian company, which subsequently purchases real property from Lozivskyi Plant of Metal Constructions (LZMK) in Kharkiv region. The transaction is a logical consequence of many years of cooperation between Delim and LZMK in steel trading and production and over half a year negotiation processes. The closing is scheduled for the end of January – beginning of February 2010.

Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm is a sole legal advisor of this project and is representing Delim B.V. in all matters, including structuring the transaction, securing the payments, drafting the respective purchase and collateral agreements and other project related documents, conducting negotiations in order to advance the transaction, and advising on various land, real estate, investment and compliance matters and regulatory procedures, etc.
