On December 11, 2009, ceremonial signing of partnership memorandum between Kyiv Cigar Club and Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm took place at VKP office. The club was represented by its president Milan Paevich and executive secretary Oleg Strelnikov, while on behalf of VKP its managing partner Oleg Makarov and partner Oleg Alyoshin attended the event.
