Vasil Kisil & Partners has acted on behalf of the grain trading group Ramburs (Ukraine) concerning the establishment of a joint venture with Trigon Agri AS (Denmark / Estonia), including the sale of shares in the Swiss grain trading company of Ramburs group and drafting option agreement for purchase of share in joint business. The project included consulting on corporate governance issues and planning of efficient management structure of the joint business (including in foreign jurisdictions).
