Oleg Makarov’s leadership in the legal sector recognized by the “TOP-100. Best top-managers of Ukraine” rating

The "TOP-100. Best Top Managers of Ukraine” rating is put together annually by the weekly “Investgazeta” based on surveying opinions of top managers of Ukrainian companies in twenty different market segments. The candidates assess each other according to three groups of criteria: personal efficiency (reputation, authority, the ability to form a positive image of the enterprise), corporate efficiency (clear development strategy of the business, effective HR and social policies) and also the success of the enterprise/institution (positive development dynamic, ability to attract investment, entering new markets).

In his introductory word, the editor of  the rating Vasily Povoroznik noted: “The winners of our rating meet life’s challenges with dignity and the proof of that is in the fact that their work is highly praised by their colleagues and competitors. It is noteworthy that many of these people pay special attention to the teams that they work with.”

Vasil Kisil & Partners’ Managing Partner Oleg Makarov took a commendable second place among twenty top managers from the legal industry. Mr. Makarov was singled out for his high professionalism and the introduction of his own know-how – a special type of framework that helps manage a legal business.
