Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm acted as a legal counsel to Ukravtodor State Road Service for the Lviv-Krakivets road construction project on a concession basis. A concession agreement for construction and operation of Lviv-Krakivets road is made on December 23, 1999, but by now no construction works have been commenced yet.

Associates of Vasil Kisil & Partners performed detailed due diligence of the contractual terms and conditions and prepared recommendations for potential arrangements to fill gaps, ensure interests of Ukravtodor and put in place schemes facilitating further implementation of the project, including financing issues.
