Our Real Estate and Construction Practice is one of the core practice areas of the firm. Emerged in the early 90's with construction and real estate projects, the group increased significantly to become one of the most well-established legal teams among Ukrainian law firms.

Our particular strength is unique involvement and understanding of real estate specifics and their local applications in Ukraine. Many of our associates came from leading businesses where they gained first-hand experience in development and construction, as well as in other related corporate, tax financial and regulatory matters.

We enjoy the day-to-day opportunity to absorb new information flows both in legislative and business area, and, consequently, to promptly respond to market demands. Therefore, we feel confident and can easily find the right direction to go even when joining a new project in progress. We are also recognized by state authorities and municipalities in Ukraine. We acted in many construction projects with presence of public element. VKP is amongst the prime law firms dealing with public-private partnership (PPP) projects in Ukraine. We normally partake in drafting new laws for real estate, construction and public-private partnership, as well as in commenting and suggesting the new legislative injections proposed by the government.
