Mr. Lysenko joined Vasil Kisil & Partners in 1999, he made partner in 2006 and is now chairing firm’s Corporate/M&A, Antitrust & Competition and Banking & Finance practice groups. Denis specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, competition law and privatization matters. Mr. Lysenko served as counsel to the Chairman of the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine in 2009.
